Refund Policy

GrowFlow Pro is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and the store you bought it from is the one that processes your refund. This page explains how it works.

Last updated: 16 July 2026

Purchased on iPhone or iPad

All purchases made inside the iOS app are sold and processed by Apple. Apple is the seller of record, which means we are not able to issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves.

To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account, or use Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Apple decides these requests according to their own policy.

Purchased on Android

Purchases made inside the Android app are processed by Google Play.

You can request a refund through your Google Play account. Google handles these requests directly. If Google asks you to contact the developer, email us at support@growflow.care and we'll help.

Cancelling is not the same as a refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the period you've already paid for, and you keep Pro access until the end of that period.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date, otherwise the next period may already have been charged.

This page explains our refund process. It does not limit your statutory rights — including the right of withdrawal, right to cancel and right of regret — which are set out in full in our Terms & Conditions.
